Citrus-Mint Drink

 ingredients

  • 1 cup snipped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon shredded orange peel
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • Cracked ice
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

directions

Place mint leaves in a medium bowl. Bring water and sugar to boiling in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; pour over mint leaves. Stir in orange peel, orange juice, and lemon juice. Cover; let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Strain. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Serve over ice. If desired, garnish with mint sprigs. Makes eight 4-ounce servings.

Balsamic Lemonade + Vodka Cocktail

Ingredients

    * 10 whole Lemons, Juiced
    * ¾ cups Sugar
    * 4 cups Water
    * 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
    * 1 cup Vodka

Preparation Instructions

Combine the lemon juice, sugar and water in a large pitcher and mix to combine. Add the balsamic vinegar and taste. Adjust amount of balsamic if needed. Add the vodka and stir.

Cava Sangria


Ingredients

    * 1 whole Orange, Sliced
    * 1 whole Lemon, Sliced Into Rounds
    * 6 whole Strawberries, Sliced
    * 1 whole Small Apple, Cored And Diced
    * 1 bottle (750ml Bottle) Dry Red Wine Of Your Choice
    * 1 ounce, fluid Triple Sec
    * ¼ cups Lemon Juice
    * ¼ cups Orange Juice (no Pulp)
    * ? cups Sugar
    * 1-½ cup Seltzer Water, Unflavored

Preparation Instructions

Combine fruit, wine, Triple Sec, lemon juice, orange juice, and sugar in a large pitcher. Allow to sit overnight. Prior to serving, mix in seltzer water. Pour sangria over ice in glasses and top with a scoop of marinated fruit from the pitcher

White Grape Cooler Punch


2 cans (12 ounces each) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
2 cans (11 1/2 ounces each) frozen white grape juice concentrate, thawed
6 cups cold water
12 cups (about 3 liters) chilled lemon-lime soda pop
Lemon and lime slices

1. In large container, mix juice concentrates. Stir in water.
2. Just before serving, pour into punch bowl. Add soda pop and lemon and lime slices. Pour over ice in glasses.

Makes 24 servings (1 cup each)

Orange Crush

Ingredients

* 1-½ ounce, fluid Vodka, Make Sure It's The Good Stuff
* 1-½ ounce, fluid Triple Sec
* ½ whole Orange, Juiced
* ¼ cups Orange Juice
* ¼ cups Sprite

Preparation Instructions

Place a few cubes of ice into a high ball glass or tall serving glass. Pour in a shot of vodka and a shot of Triple Sec. Squeeze the juice from half a fresh orange into the glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with 1/2 orange juice and 1/2 Sprite. Stir and enjoy!

Green Appletinis


  • 4 ounces, fluid Vodka (I Use Ketel One)
  • 2 ounces, fluid Sour Apple Pucker
  • 2 ounces, fluid Midori Liqueur
  • Maraschino Cherries Or Green Apple Slices, For Garnish

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small glass pitcher and chill until very cold. Shake in a cocktail shaker partially filled with ice for just a few seconds.

Pour into chilled cocktail or martini glasses and serve garnished with either a maraschino cherry or a green apple slice.

Ginger Lemonade

3 cups sugar
16 cups (4 quarts) water
12 to 14 slices gingerroot , (about 2-inch piece)
4 cups fresh lemon juice (24 lemons)
2 lemons, sliced

1. Mix sugar, water and gingerroot in 8-quart Dutch oven. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; remove from heat. Cool 15 minutes. Remove gingerroot.
2. Pour sugar mixture into pitcher or large glass or plastic container. Stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled.
3. Serve lemonade over ice with lemon slices.

Makes 20 servings (1 cup each)

Frosty Citrus Punch


2 cans (6 ounces each) frozen limeade or lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 cups cold water
2 cans (12 ounces each) lemon-lime soda pop (3 cups), chilled
1/2 pint lime or lemon sherbet (1 cup), softened


1. Mix limeade concentrate and water in large pitcher. Just before serving, stir in soda pop. Pour into punch bowl. Float scoops of sherbet on top.

Sparkling Strawberry-Lemonade Slush



1 can (12 oz) Cascadian Farm® frozen organic lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 bag (10 oz) Cascadian Farm® frozen organic strawberries, thawed
1 cup water
5 cups ginger ale, club soda or lemon-lime carbonated beverage

1. In blender, place lemonade concentrate and strawberries; blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into nonmetal freezer container. Stir in water. Cover; freeze at least 4 hours.
2. If mixture is frozen solid, let stand at room temperature about 15 min. For each serving, measure 1/2 cup slush mixture into 8-oz glass; stir in 1/2 cup ginger ale. Serve immediately.

Makes 10 servings (1 cup each)
